With over 30 years of ministry experience, David Ralph has dedicated his life to serving the church and empowering organizations to thrive. Prior to his ministry calling, David was a senior leader in the marketplace, where he honed his expertise in strategic planning, human resources, and finance. This dual foundation of business acumen and pastoral leadership in churches of a variety of sizes and missions, has uniquely equipped him to lead, mentor and guide organizations through seasons of growth and change.

David is a certified church consultant and transitional pastor, offering invaluable insights and practical solutions for churches navigating transformation and change. Leveraging his leadership and administrative experience and education, David will help churches and organizations achieve clarity, alignment, impact and sustainable success.

David and his wife, Sue, currently reside in St. George, Ontario, Canada. Together, they share a passion for strengthening communities and supporting leaders in their journey toward impactful ministry and organizational excellence.
